We do not offer any free trial or demo services.
All services provided by us are paid and customized based on individual business requirements.

Performance-Based Guarantee

We provide a performance-based guarantee for our services.

If no positive change is observed in the agreed performance metrics for which we are working — such as RTO reduction, CPC improvement, CTR improvement, or other defined business metrics — we will refund the service fee.

What Is Considered a Positive Change

A positive change means any measurable improvement, even a minimum improvement (including 1%), in the agreed performance metrics during the active service period.

If such improvement is recorded, the guarantee is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be applicable.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

No measurable positive change is observed in the agreed metrics

The client has provided accurate data and access required for execution

The client has cooperated fully during the service period

The service has been executed as per the agreed scope and timeline

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

Any measurable positive change (even minimal) is achieved

Delays or issues caused due to lack of client cooperation

Inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the client

External factors beyond our control (platform issues, account restrictions, policy changes, market conditions)

Refund Process

If eligible:

Refund requests must be raised in writing via email

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Final Decision

All refund decisions are made based on performance data and internal evaluation.
Our decision regarding refunds will be final and binding.
