- No Trial or Free Services
We do not offer any free trial, demo, or sample services.
All services provided are paid and begin only after payment confirmation.
- Performance-Based Guarantee
We offer a performance-based guarantee under defined conditions.
If no measurable positive change is observed in the agreed performance metrics during the service period, a refund may be considered as per our Refund Policy.
Even a minimum measurable improvement (including 1%) will be considered fulfillment of the guarantee.
- Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete business data
Give required access, permissions, and cooperation
Follow all instructions and strategies provided by our team
Implement recommendations in a timely and proper manner
Failure to follow instructions or provide necessary cooperation may impact results and refund eligibility.
- Proof of Implementation
In case of any dispute or refund request, the client must provide verifiable proof that all instructions and strategies were implemented as advised.
If such proof cannot be provided, the guarantee and refund eligibility shall be considered void.
- Payments & Fees
Service fees are decided based on scope, complexity, and duration
Payments may be required in advance or as agreed
All payments are subject to applicable taxes and GST
Payments once made are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
- No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
Fixed profits
Specific sales numbers
Revenue growth
Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, product quality, ad spend, platform policies, and client execution.
- Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, frameworks, reports, and materials provided are our intellectual property.
The client may use them only for their internal business purposes.
Copying, sharing, reselling, or redistributing without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
Business losses or missed opportunities
Platform suspensions or policy changes
External market fluctuations
Decisions taken by the client based on our recommendations
The client uses our services at their own discretion and risk.
- Communication Consent
By submitting a form or using our services, you consent to receive communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email for business-related purposes.
- Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms such as ad networks, payment gateways, marketplaces, or software tools.
- Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
False or misleading information is provided
Payment obligations are not met
Instructions are repeatedly ignored
Misuse or abuse of services occurs
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
